pregnant & depressed

I am 9 months pregnant and struggling in my marriage. It seems like ever since I got pregant things have been worse.My husband does drugs even though he says to me all the time that he is trying quit.He also cheated on me when I was 7 months which is something that I am struggling with everyday. This feels like a lot of things to go through when were both only 22.We have been going to counseling but he says that I am the one who needs it because of my issue towards men(I have been in some bad relationships and bad issues with men) and that he isn't the one that needs counseling.I love him but I don't know what to do. I want the best for this baby and I wish my husband would put me first instead of his friends.Any advice would mean alot.Thank you.
