SUBJECT: Not sure what to do
My wife and i have been married for five years now and have two children. After a year of being married, our little girl was born, and just recently she gave birth to a little boy. My wife and I are both 100% irish and very light skinned, and this little boy that she just gave birth to is clearly black. I told her that i know there is no way he can be mine. She keeps insisting that i am the father and if i divorce her, she'll sue me for child support and alimony. I don't want to lose my daughter, but i also can't let my wife act like she didn't have an affair with someone else. What i want to know is: 1. What should I do?, 2. Since she commited adultory, do i still have to pay alimony to her?, 3. Since she commited adultory, would i easially be able to get full custody of my daughter?
