A family response to NYC

Because of a suggestion from the Cardinal of Los Angeles on CNN I gathered my children (14 and 10) and husband and collected 4 candles. We each lit a candle in honor of the people who have died, those who wait for news, and those who are involved in rescue efforts. Then we sang "This
little light of mine" and added verses for the
situation. This allowed our children to talk
about their feelings.
