depressed kid and cant talk to parents about it

my friend is 13 years old and even though that is the age that most kids feel as if the dont fit in her family tells her things like she ruins the family and they wish she werent there daugher. she doesnt know what to do and i dont know what to tell her. she crys just about every night and when she trys to tell her parents they just yell at her. they make things up just to yell at her. i dont know what to do...should i tell her to tell someone like a teacher at her school or call a hotline or something?? please help
